This notice explains how Vecna AI handles information for its SMS messaging program and these policy pages.
Information we handle
We handle the mobile number you provide, phone-link verification and consent records, your messages and any attachments, associated Vecna account and workspace information, and message delivery or error records. Our website hosting and messaging providers also receive technical information needed to serve pages and deliver messages, such as IP addresses and timestamps.
How we use it
We use this information to verify control of your phone, connect it to your account, respond to your requests, provide updates you request, diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. This SMS program does not send marketing messages.
Service providers and sharing
We use service providers, including Twilio for messaging and AWS for hosting. When you request an assistant task, relevant content may also be processed by the model providers and connected services used for that task. Workspace access and permissions continue to apply.
We do not sell mobile numbers or SMS opt-in information, or share them with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent records are used for administering the messaging program and may be disclosed to providers supporting message delivery or when legally required.
Retention and your choices
We retain information as needed to operate the SMS program, preserve requested work, investigate delivery problems, and meet applicable retention or legal requirements. Disconnecting a phone or sending STOP stops new messages. Messages already in transit may still arrive. Opting out does not automatically erase conversation history or completed work.
You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting aleks@vecna.ai. For information held in an organization-managed workspace, its administrator and retention rules may also apply. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Using SMS
Message frequency varies with your requests. Message and data rates may apply. See the SMS terms for participation, help and opt-out instructions.
SMS is not an end-to-end encrypted channel. Do not text passwords, third-party sign-in codes, payment-card details, or information you are not authorized to share. Provider handling and availability also depend on the services involved in your request.
