SMS terms
Vecna AI offers SMS messaging for requests, responses, and updates you choose to receive. Access is by invitation. Availability depends on your account, service configuration, and carrier support.
Participation and consent
Participation is voluntary. Sign in to Vecna and open Your assistant → Text Vecna. Before linking a phone, you see the purpose of the messages, message frequency, possible carrier charges, STOP and HELP instructions, and links to these terms and the privacy policy. Select the unchecked "I agree to receive these messages" box, then choose Connect your phone. You can continue using Vecna without enabling texting.
Vecna records your consent and then provides a one-time linking message. Send it from the phone you want to link. This verifies control of the number and connects it to your account. Sending a linking code alone does not replace the consent step. Existing phone links are not treated as proof of a new consent choice.
You agree to receive phone-link confirmations, responses to your requests, and task updates you request. Consent to text messages is not a condition of purchase. It does not approve a task or grant access to connected account data.
Messages and charges
Message frequency varies with your requests and any updates or reminders you choose. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. This SMS program does not include promotional or marketing messages.
Stop messages or get help
Reply STOP to stop text messages. You can also disconnect your phone in Vecna. An opt-out confirmation may be sent. For help, reply HELP or email aleks@vecna.ai. Contact us if you want to rejoin the SMS program or if your phone number changes.
Stopping texts does not cancel existing tasks or recurring work and does not delete retained records. Manage or stop that work separately in Vecna.
Service limitations
Messages may be delayed, blocked, or unavailable because of carrier delivery, provider approval, or service interruptions. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Assistant responses can contain errors; review important results before relying on them. Do not use this service for emergencies.
